ThermaSource, Inc. is a rapidly growing geothermal drilling organization located in Northern California. We are seeking Geothermal Rig Hands for our drilling operations across the Western, US and abroad. Our geothermal Rig Hand’s will work on ThermaSource Rigs at our client’s various locations. Current Rig Locations

We need people with Oilfield/Geothermal drilling experience for the following positions:

  • Driller
  • Derrick Hand
  • Motor Hand
  • Floor Hand

Experience Hands will be given priority consideration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute successful well completion as a member of a team.
  • Perform all rig operations in a safe manner.
  • Work collaboratively with your crew to meet project schedule.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • History of following safety procedures at all times.
  • Posses a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work as assigned in various geographic locations.
