Louis E. Capuano, Jr. was the proud founder of ThermaSource, Inc. in 1980. From the start he has been the chief drilling engineer and is now President and CEO for ThermaSource, LLC. Mr. Capuano is a 1971 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineer. He started his career by opening the regional office of Signal Oil and Gas Company in 1974, which via various acquisitions is now Calpine. Mr. Capuano then worked as a drilling manager in Thermogenics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hughes Aircraft Corporation, from 1977 to 1979. In 1979, Thermogenics, Inc. became a geothermal engineering consultation service, which formed into ThermaSource, Inc. in 1980. Mr. Capuano has served as manager and drilling engineering in many domestic and international geothermal projects throughout his 32 years of geothermal experience.

Mr. Hanson has worked with ThermaSource for the past ten years as the project manager, safety coordinator, purchasing manager and drilling superintendent. With the formation of ThermaSource, LLC, Mr. Hanson became the Executive Vice President, Operations. Mr. Hanson is a graduate from the University of Texas, Permian Basin with a B.A, in Management. He served as worldwide geothermal manager for Grant Oil Tools, which was acquired by Smith International, Inc. With over 31 years of geothermal experience, a vast knowledge of drilling equipment and personnel management expertise, Mr. Hanson is an integral member of the ThermaSource management team.

| Mr. Workman joined ThermaSource in May of 2007. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. and MBA in Business Administration. His extensive experience in the financial and human resource fields has made him a major contributor to the successful growth of ThermaSource. Mr. Workman has helped ThermaSource grow from a small consulting company to the large corporation that consists of over 225 employees and eight drilling rigs. | Back To Top |
Robert J. Swanson Vice President, Engineering (Email)

Mr. Swanson is the most recent addition to ThermaSource. Mr. Swanson was a senior drilling engineer at various international and domestic locations for Chevron and Unocal Corporation for nearly 20 years. Mr. Swanson is responsible for the development of well designs, preparing drilling programs, and quality control of drilling performance for ThermaSource. Mr. Swanson recieved a B.S. in Geophysics from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and is licensed in the State of California as a Professional Engineer in Petroleum Engineering.

| Rodney Bray (Email)

Rodney Bray will work as our drilling manager. He will be responsible for assembling rigs, maintaining rigs and when necessary he will work as a rig supervisor. Mr. Bray first worked briefly for ThermaSource in 1982 as a drilling rig supervisor. He then worked for Unocal, Chevron and Occidental Petroleum on their geothermal project. After retiring in August of 2006 from Chevron Geothermal in Indonesia he started work with ThermaSource. His 30 years plus experience as a geothermal drilling supervisor is a great addition to the company. |

| Louis E. Capuano,III Drilling Engineer

| Louis Capuano, III will be developing smart rig computer systems for each of our rigs that will monitor all aspects of the rig's operation from our central office location. This computer system will monitor operating time, down time, engine and service hours on all equipment. He will also develop software that is marketed with the rig. This software will provide the operator and investors with real time data of activities on the rig. Thirdly, he will work as drilling engineer to assist all projects. Lastly, he will manage the continuing education programs for our rig personnel. This entails half-day classes on all aspects of the drilling operations including air drilling, mud drilling, cementing and testing. Mr. Capuano has worked for ThermaSource for the past 2 years as an engineering assistant and computer technician. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering he has earned more responsibilities within ThermaSource. |  | Back To Top
