Richard has been directly involved with the energy sector for 20 years, leading the development, financing, and operations of conventional and alternative forms of energy. He has served as the President for several energy companies. His professional experience includes working for nearly ten years in a series of Bechtel Enterprises (part of the Bechtel Group) joint ventures, including US Generating Company, InterGen, and EnergyWorks, where he was involved with developing over 1000 MWs of power generation assets. He was the President of EnergyWorks Asia, which focused on the development of renewable energy projects and onsite generation. Most recently, he was the President of a private-equity backed biofuels venture, where he led the successful merger of the company. Richard received his MBA from Yale University and his BA from Wesleyan University. Richard is a member of the National Council of the World Wildlife Fund.

Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Hamblin spent 30 years of his career at Unocal where he oversaw engineering and the drilling operations in parts of the US, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Mr. Hamblin also managed projects for Philippine Geothermal, Inc., Ormat, Sierra Geothermal Power, CalEnergy, Calpine, NCPA and was the Drilling Manager for The Geysers and Salton Sea Fields. In addition to his experience in the field, Mr. Hamblin holds two patents that have helped advance the geothermal drilling industry. He was also a member of teams that planned the expansion of the Awibangkok field and the exploration of the Sarulla project in Indonesia. Mr. Hamblin attended Stanford University.

Chris has been involved with energy sector for close to 20 years, primarily on the financing side. He currently oversees all finance, accounting, and legal activities for ThermaSource. Chris has been directly involved with the financing of both conventional and alternative forms of energy, leading the structuring of extremely complex transactions. Prior to ThermaSource, his experience includes leading the business development and finance activities for a biofuels effort that was successfully merged with another company. He is the founder of Presidio Energy, an advisory firm that focuses on alternative energy and has represented some of the leading utilities and investment firms. Chris also worked for Exxon and US Generating Company. At US Generating Company, a JV between Bechtel and PG&E, he focused on project financing energy projects. Chris holds a BS in Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (CalTech) and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Brennen served as Senior Account Representative with Halliburton Energy Services. Prior to Halliburton, Mr. Brennen held technical sales positions with BJ Services from 1981 to 1998. Mr. Brennen joined ThermaSource in 2008 as the Director of Business Development & Marketing. Mr. Brennen will oversee all business development opportunities for ThermaSource, LLC, with a focus on the success of the newly formed ThermaSource Cementing, Inc. Mr. Brennen received a B.A. in Geology from Capital University, in Columbus, Ohio.

Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Roach was Country Manager - Argentina (NIASRL) for Nabors Drilling International Ltd. since 2006. Prior to being Country Manager, Mr. Roach worked for Nabors Drilling as a Project manager, Worldwide Equipment Coordinator, and Operations Engineer since 2002. In his roles with Nabors Drilling, Mr. Roach worked in 25 countries, and visited 49 for business purposes. Mr. Roach earned a B.A. in International Business and Spanish, with an Eastern Business Practice Focus, from Western Washington University. Mr. Roach is fluent in Spanish and currently managing our Nicaraguan drilling operations.

Prior to joining ThermaSource Cementing, Mr. Henderson worked for Halliburton from 1984 through 2008, starting as an Equipment Operator and advancing to Service Coordinator. Mr. Henderson retired from Halliburton in March of 2008 with over 30 certification courses and honors completed in health, safety, leadership, and team management. With over 24 years in the geothermal industry working all through Nevada, Hawaii, Oregon, from El Centro, CA, to the Geysers, Mr. Henderson brings his seasoned industry and leadership to ThermaSource Cementing, Inc.

Prior to ThermaSource, Mr. Bray worked as a Drilling Consultant for several Operators in the western US, including Raser Technologies, Terra-Gen Power and Sierra Geothermal. He has 38 years combined experience in the geothermal drilling industry having worked both with Drilling Contractors and Operators. He started his carrier in the early 1970’s working for Loffland Brothers at the geysers. While working at the geysers he spent time with Loffland Brothers, Brinkerhoff Signal, Unocal, Oxy and NCPA. He has international and remote locations experience having spent 10 years with Unocal and later Chevron working in Southeast Asia. He was involved in drilling the expansion of the Awibangkok field and the exploration of the Sarulla project in Indonesia, in addition to drilling and well maintenance at both Bulalo and Tiwi fields in the Philippines. Mr. Bray has strong base knowledge in drilling equipment, equipment capacities and well design.
