DRAWWORKS

OIME 2000 HP drawworks complete with two (2) GE 752 type series wound DC traction motors, with Wichita 336 Water Cooled Disc Brake

MAST

DSI 150' Beam leg with 1,000,000 lb hook load capacity and mast assembly stand.

SUB-STRUCTURE

DSI 30' box-on-box with a casing capacity of 1,000,000 lbs and a setback capacity of 600,000 lbs.

MUD PUMPS

(2) Weatherford MP-16 single acting triplex slush pump, 1,600 HP. Each powered by 2 x GE 752 Traction Motors.

MUD SYSTEM

(2) Tanks with 1,000 bbls total capacity. Four compartment shaker tanks with 520 bbl capacity with 2 Derrick 503 High G Shakers, Desander and Desilter.

ROTARY TABLE

Lanzou 37 1/2" rotary table chain driven by drawworks.

KELLY

5-1/4 hex kelly with Varco HDP bushings.

GENERATORS

(3) Caterpillar 3512C land electric Tier II EPA certified generators. (2) Gardner-Denver HRA2512S compressors. (1) Gardner-Denver HRD5-3 self contained cold start unit.

SCR UNIT

Orman 4x4 SCR system designed to operate 3 Caterpillar 3512C diesel engines. The SCR House is 10' wide x 40' long x 10'-6" high, with a plug panel and air conditioning system.

TANKS

One 10'-6" diameter x 32' long water tank. One 8' diameter x 30' long fuel tank. One 10' wide x 38' long x 8' tall parts and change house.

TRAVELING BLOCKS

Oilwell 500-ton traveling block with (6) sheaves grooved for 1 3/8" line.

WIRE LINE UNIT

Five star surveyor wire line unit with 20 HP, 1,800 RPM motor with one line guide &; 20,000' of .092 wire line.

SWIVEL

(1) EMSCO LB-500, with a 500 ton rating.

ACCUMULATOR

(5) station accumulator sized to operate 13 5/8" - Geothermal BOP stack 220 gallon capacity.

DOG HOUSE

8' wide x 34' long x 8' high doghouse, mounted on a 7' 10" wide x 40' long 3-runner skid with oilfield type ends for tailboarding.

CAT WALK

5' wide x 18" high x 50' long catwalk. Cable trays to accommodate air, fuel, water, and electrical cables.

INSTRUMENTATION

One weight indicator, one rotary torque, two mud pump spm's, and one rotary RPM all mounted in stand-alone box.

Tubulars

Available with 4-1/2" or 5" drill pipe.

6-1/2", 8" & 9" drill collars as required by the Operator
