Our mission at ThermaSource is to achieve leadership in sustainable environmental practices and in the promotion of the health and safety of our stakeholders. Our policy is to integrate this goal and our corporate values, programs and practices into each of our regions and businesses.

One objective is to provide a clean, safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Our Environmental Health and Safety Plan (EH&S) includes the materials and methods to support our team’s efforts in maintaining a safe jobsite. The EH&S program is set up to aid in the safe performance of work; however, each individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining safe working practices. No employee should ever subject himself or herself to work conditions they consider unsafe.

ThermaSource operates a fully accredited in house IADC Rig Pass training program. All field employees for ThermaSource receive the IADC Rig Pass training prior to work assignment from our certified IADC Trainers. In addition, ThermaSource works with several third parties (The Crosby Group and DBI Sala for example) to deliver the highest level of training to our workforce.
