ThermaSource Voted Best Place to Work for in 2009

Last week, ThermaSource was notified by the North Bay Business Journal, that it was voted one of the best places to work for in the North Bay for the second straight year!

This honor is awarded to North Bay companies that are nominated by someone within the community. Upon receiving a nomination, the company is notified and then asked to have their employees complete an anonymous survey. Each nominated company then had to have a minimum of 50% surveys completed and returned to the North Bay Business Journal, for consideration of the award.
